The Balm Cosmetics Swatches and Review

Hello everyone!Its been a while like forever and I am back with a new blog post. Today I will be sharing my review and thoughts about The Balm Cosmetics products.I know you probably heard about these products long time ago and I am pretty sure very late to give you guys my review about it but I'll post it anyway. This is a highlighter called Mary-Lou Manizer ($24)

A lot of beauty enthusiast talked about this product on social media. I think the packaging is cute and have this kinda vintage style, I heard that some people are hesitant to buy or try this product because of the packaging. if you are one them, Let me tell you this. Just buy it and I'm sure you'll love it! Not because the packaging looks simple, doesn't mean the inside is also simple."Don't just a book by its cover" because this highlighter is Beautiful and Amazing!! Its very soft to touch, very fine not powdery at all and when you put it on you skin it glides on smooth, melts like butter and gives you a beautiful glow. I'm loving this product and makes you feel luxurious when I apply on my skin. A little goes a long way. In fact I love this so much I even apply it on my shoulder, collar bone and during summer I even apply it in my arms to give me a wonderful glow.It last all day even with my oily skin. I highly recommend it. If you are a highlighter lover and someone that is looking for a good and beautiful glow, You will love this one. Add this baby to your highlighter collection.

This lip product is called Meet Matte Hughes Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Adoring ($17)

This lip product is also loved by a lot beauty enthusiast on social media. I heard a lot of good reviews about it and thought to try it myself and see if its worth the hype. As you can see on the picture it has a regular applicator. Its a liquid consistency not mouse or thick at all. I loved the color that I picked (Adoring) I love any type of red and dark red its one of the reason why i picked this one the most. This is very light on the lips. TIP: You have to exfoliate your lips before applying this product, because I noticed that the liquid lipstick does not apply evenly when you have a dry lips. It does not look good, so make sure you exfoliate lips really well. It also take a while to dry. It also transfer a little on your cup or glass when you drink. You might consider re applying after you eat , the color does rub off particularly the inside part of your lips.Nobody mention about it on social media I am not sure if its just only me or if I get a different formula because I find it a little tacky or sticky when you put your lips together. Other than feeling sticky on my lips, I don't mind re applying during the day.Although the color of this liquid lipstick(Adoring) is beautiful, I'm just not a fan of feeling sticky/tacky on my lips.

These are the swatches of the highlighter and liquid lipstick. I think the liquid lipstick is alright. But if I have to choose one in between the highlighter and matte liquid lipstick. I will pick the highlighter. I am very impressed with the quality and how beautiful this highlighter are. I am totally in love with this product and highly recommend it to everyone.
